Fix a missing purchased module

Note: These steps should only be followed if you have purchased an additional module on Mintsoft but cannot see it.

If you have purchased an additional module such as Order Rules or Custom Documents and cannot see it, follow these steps:

  1. Click Settings then Warehouse User Accounts.

  2. Find the affected user.

  3. Click Actions then ManageRoles.

  4. Select the role you are missing.

    • They will start with Module-[Value].

    • Example: Module-Pallets&Cartons.

    • You will only see the specific roles and permissions if you have purchased the module.

  5. Select the role, then click Update.

The module should appear straight away. If not, log out and back in again. If you have further issues accessing the module or cannot find the role, contact the Access Mintsoft support team or raise a support ticket.
