When a warehouse or admin user account is locked out, it won't appear in the same list as other accounts.
Find and unlock a user account
Within Mintsoft, go to Settings then Warehouse User Accounts.
Click Show Locked Out in the top right.
Find the account you want to unlock.
Click Actions on the target account.
Choose UnlockUser and reset the password if necessary.
Reasons an account can become locked
There are a few reasons a warehouse user account can become locked out:
Multiple logins of the same account can cause the account to be locked out.
If your password has changed, ensure your old password is not auto filling into the password field.
Three unsuccessful login attempts will cause the account to lock out.
Troubleshooting Tips
If the issue persists after unlocking, confirm the user is using the correct login credentials.
Ensure the user's device does not have cached invalid credentials that could trigger another lockout.
Verify whether any additional account restrictions or issues might exist beyond the lockout status.
