The reason you are getting this error (When Creating DeutschePost Shipment! API Error:{"messages":["items[0]: must be less than or equal to 2000" or items[0]: maximum weight is 2000) is because DeutschePost has a weight limit of 2KG on their services. Please reduce the order weight to 2 kg or below and try to generate shipment again. If you continue to get this error message, please speak with the Mintsoft support team or raise a support ticket.
