Actioning a Proactive Replenishment

If your Pick Location runs out of stock or goes below the Replen Point then a Proactive Replenishment will be generated. In order to carry out replenishment, please do the following:

Note: Proactive Replenishment for products will not be actionable if the only stock available is in the same location type as the replen location, the replenishment will be view only.

  1. Click Warehouse then Proactive Replenishment.

  2. You will then see any items that require replenishment.

    • It shows the Product's Replen Point, the amount of Size that can be held in the location, and the Current Quantity in the pick location.

    • Additionally, it shows how many days since it was raised and whether or not the replenishment is currently actionable.

  3. To complete the replenishment, click Action.

  4. Tick the Location(s) to transfer stock from to complete the replenishment.

  5. You can manually adjust the Quantity To Transfer.

  6. Next, click Replenishment x Units.

  7. This will now add stock from the Replen Location to the Pick Location.

  8. Once the Product's Replen Point has been met, the Replenishment can be complete.

Proactive Replenishment - Show Unactionable

If a product's only available stock is held within the same Location Type as the replenishment location, it will not show in the Proactive Replenishment overview screen by default. These replenishments are classified as Unactionable because there is no stock in a different Location Type to transfer from. To view these unactionable replenishments, enable the Show Unactionable toggle.

Note: Proactive Replenishment can also be unactionable if there is no stock in any other location.

Statuses of Replenishment

  • When a Proactive Replenishment is first created, its status will appear as New.

  • When the replenishment is being actioned and stock is being transferred to the Replen point, the status will update to In Progress.

  • When the Replen point has been met the replenishment will show as Complete.

Deleting a Proactive Replenishment

If a Proactive Replenishment is no longer needed (A product is out of season, or you don't stock it anymore) you can delete the entry, following the steps below:

  1. Click Warehouse then Proactive Replenishment.

  2. You will then see any items that require replenishment.

  3. Tick the replenishment.

  4. Select Delete from the Bulk Actions drop-down menu.

  5. Click Go.

Note: A new Proactive Replenishment will be generated if the product is allocated to an order, or stock is transferred to another location.
