API - Date formats and time zones

When building a Custom API for Mintsoft, the date format on the API is YYYY-MM-DD (For example 2022-06-15). This is hardcoded and cannot be changed.

The API endpoints use the Date and Time that is stored in the database. So, the time zone would be whatever this is set to for your database.
