Activate or Deactivate a Cycle Count Rule
You can turn a cycle count rule on or off without deleting it. To activate or deactivate a rule:
Go to Stock Take, then click Cycle Counts Config.
Locate the rule you want to update.
Turn on or turn off the active toggle for that rule.
Edit a Cycle Count Rule
To update an existing cycle count rule:
Go to Stock Take, then click Cycle Counts Config.
Locate the rule you want to edit, then click Edit.
Update the relevant settings, then click Save.
Delete a Cycle Count rule
To permanently remove a Cycle Count rule:
Go to Stock Take, then click Cycle Counts Config.
Locate the rule you want to remove, then click Delete.
Confirm the deletion.
Important: Deleting a cycle count rule permanently removes it. If you want to stop a rule from generating stock takes temporarily, deactivate it instead.
