Replen - Replen Tasks

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to the level of stock in the Pick Location, it will be moved to Awaiting Replen, and a Replen Task will be generated, once a task has been completed the order will revert to NEW. To complete a Replen Task, please do the following:

  1. Click Warehouse then Replen Tasks.

  2. Next, click Generate New.

  3. Select the Warehouse.

  4. (3PL Only) Select the Client.

  5. Click Generate.

  6. Finally, click Back.

  7. You will now see a list of Replen Tasks that need to be completed.

  8. The Replen Qty column will display how much stock is needed to complete the task.

  9. The Location is where the stock will be transferred to.

Click PDF to print the tasks off if you want to complete them manually but then come back to a PC to complete the tasks.


Cancelling orders in Awaiting Replen status

If an order is in Awaiting Replen status and needs to be cancelled please do the following:

  1. Click Orders then Overview.

  2. Search for the order.

  3. Tick the affected order.

  4. Select Cancel - No Stock from the Bulk Actions dropdown.

  5. Finally, click Go.

This should only be done if you will not be able to complete the Replen Task. If you have replen tasks that cannot be completed due to the orders being cancelled but need to be cleared from Mintsoft, please speak with the Mintsoft support team or raise a support ticket.
