Can we delete Order Rules?
To delete an order rule, please do the following:
Click Settings then Order Rules.
Next, click Delete against the rule you want to remove.
Finally, click OK.
Can we edit Order Rules?
To edit/ update an order rule, please do the following:
Click Settings then Order Rules.
Next, click Edit against the rule you want to manage.
Make any relevant changes.
Remember to click Update to save changes.
Can we manually trigger Order Rules to run?
To manually trigger Order Rules to run, please do the following:
Click Orders then Overview.
Tick the Order(s) you want the Order Rules to run for.
Select Run Order Rules from the Bulk Actions drop-down.
Finally, click Go.
These steps can be useful for Orders that need Order Rules re-triggering (For example, a change has been made to the rule).
When do Order Rules run?
Order Rules run for Orders in a NEW status. Order Rules will automatically run for orders manually created on Mintsoft as well as externally imported (Shopify, eBay, Amazon, etc) into Mintsoft.
What does Overwrite Existing mean when viewing Order Rules?
The Overwrite Existing column is used if two identical order rules are found (Conditions and Actions are the same) the system will only run the most recently created order rule and ignore the other order rule.
Do Order Rules work with Bundles?
No, bundles wont work with Order Rules, the order rule must contain the components of the bundle instead of the overall bundle itself.
