If you are receiving this error (An unknown error occurred when processing the order, please try again. If the problem continues please contact the Administrator ErrorCode: UnknownError) when uploading a CSV file to Mintsoft this is caused by one or more of the cells containing incorrectly formatted text/ numbers. For example, when expanding a cell, the data shows as 3.15188E+13 instead of 31518790001391. Please ensure all cells have the correct data showing and are not in the incorrect format before uploading.
