  • E1000 Description: There is no international destination available for this shipment destination, weight, format and service.

The errors from Royal Mail typically occur when the service selected for the shipment is either invalid or missing from your Royal Mail contract.

To resolve this issue please review the steps below:

  1. Check that you're able to use this service to the requested destination.

  2. Verify that the service is on your Royal Mail contract or account.

  3. Check the ExtraCode 2 field in your Courier Service Codes matches the Service Level code present within your Royal Mail (Intersoft) Account:

    • If the error shows [Service Code]/01, ensure ExtraCode 2 has 02.

    • If the error shows [Service Code]/02, change ExtraCode 2 to 01.

    • The Service Code/Service Level combination may differ depending on the service you're trying to use, so check the error message carefully.

  4. Ensure that you've selected the correct service for the order contents.

  5. Contact Royal Mail to check if there's an issue with your contract or service setup.

    • If you've used this service before, your Royal Mail contract may have changed, or the courier service may not be set up correctly in accordance with your Royal Mail contract.

  6. If Royal Mail confirms there's no issue but you're still unable to generate labels, speak with the Mintsoft support team or raise a support ticket.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the error.
