Wayfair Integration Features
The Wayfair integration provides the following features:
Order import sync.
Stock and product import sync.
Accept purchase order.
Label integration.
ASN (shipment notifications).
Note: Wayfair sometimes refers to orders in Mintsoft as ASNs.
Set up the application process
You need to raise a support ticket with Wayfair to request to get added to the integration sprint queue. Tell them you want to integrate with Wayfair using their API method with Mintsoft as a third party. This process can take some time to complete and for Wayfair to approve your request.
When Wayfair confirms you've been accepted onto the integration sprint queue, you'll need to generate a sandbox application. Wayfair can provide instructions on how to generate your sandbox API application. After you've generated your sandbox application, enter these keys into the Mintsoft Wayfair connection along with your numeric Wayfair supplier ID. Wayfair will provide you with both sandbox credentials and production credentials.
Add the account in Mintsoft
To add the account in Mintsoft:
Click Connect then Order Integrations.
Click Premium then Wayfair.
Click Create New.
Leave all settings OFF and leave the connection Inactive.
Raise a new case and reference the title of this article, asking us to complete the Wayfair testing process. Include the following information:
Sandbox credentials
Production credentials.
After we complete the testing process, we'll advise on the support case to generate a production application on Wayfair.
Note: The timing of the testing process is entirely at Wayfair's discretion, and we cannot speed this up or change it.
Set up courier label integration
As part of integrating with Wayfair, you also need to set up the Wayfair courier. Mintsoft doesn't control which courier is used as Wayfair decides this. A Wayfair courier service should already be set up on your database, but you may need to make it active. To make the Wayfair courier active:
Click Shipping Management then Couriers.
Click Show All Couriers.
Find the courier you're missing.
Click Edit.
Turn Active to ON.
Click Update.
Multi-parcel consignments
There are two options for generating multi-parcel consignments:
Use the Mintsoft parcel quantity by turning the Send Number Of Parcels to Wayfair when Requesting Labels option to ON.
Use the Wayfair product data setup by leaving the number of parcels option off. In this case, Wayfair data drives the number of parcels provided.
Cancelled orders
If you receive an error from Wayfair when generating a shipment stating there's an internal server error, the orders have been cancelled on Wayfair.
