The import error message (Unable to despatch) from Mintsoft typically occurs when the order despatch process fails to complete successfully. To resolve this issue, review the steps below:
Click Connect then Import Errors.
Select the errors you want to resync.
Click the Bulk Actions dropdown then click Resync Connect Action.
Click Go.
