Unable To Despatch - No courier service mapping could be found!

If you encounter this error (No Courier Service Mapping Found!) while generating a label for an order, it means the service has not been fully mapped in Mintsoft.

Multiple error messages can occur due to mismatched courier service values from external sources, such as Shopify or API requests. Examples include errors like "Unable to find Valid Courier Service Mapping for Value: FREE Shipping!" or "Unable to Find CourierService: DHL - Next Day or a Mapping to API." These errors prevent orders from being processed correctly.

To resolve this issue:

  1. Click Shipping Management then Extras.

  2. Select Courier Service Code Mappings.

  3. Click Add New Courier Service Code Mapping.

  4. Locate the service with the issue in CourierServiceId.

  5. Find the corresponding service in CourierServiceCodeId.

  6. Click Map.
