Transfer between Clients
To transfer stock or products between clients within Mintsoft please review the following:
Firstly, you need to Book Out the stock from the current client.
To learn more about Booking Out stock please review the Book Inventory article.
You can do this in Bulk by reviewing the Goods In using CSV.
Next, you need to Delete or discontinue the Product(s).
To learn more about this please review the Deleting or discontinuing products article.
To reuse the SKU, you need to rename the current SKU to -OLD (SKU: Mints-OLD).
Once this has been done you can create the product with the new client and book-in stock for it.
Transfer between Databases
To transfer stock or products between databases please review the following:
Firstly you need to Book Out the stock from the current database.
To learn more about Booking Out stock please review the Book Inventory article.
You can do this in Bulk by reviewing the Goods In using CSV.
Once this has been done you can create the product on the new database and book-in stock for it.
You can use the Goods in CSV Article to do it in Bulk.
