If you need to delete an order in Mintsoft, it has to be cancelled before it can be deleted. You can do this in one step from the Orders Overview page.

To cancel and delete an order, please follow the steps below:
When you delete an order, any stock that was reserved for that order will be released back into the available inventory. This helps in maintaining accurate stock allocation and ensures it can be reused for other orders.
Navigate to the Orders Overview section in Mintsoft.
Search for the order(s) you wish to delete using the available checkboxes.
Locate the Bulk Actions dropdown and choose Cancel and Delete Order.
Click Go to confirm the action.
This action will delete the order from the system and return any allocated stock to the available inventory.
