OTIF (On Time In Full) refers to a table located on the Productivity Dashboard in Analytics (accessible through Access Evo) that monitors whether orders were dispatched on schedule with complete quantities.

You can find this information in the Orders Despatched on Time and in Full table on the Productivity Dashboard.

OTIF

For an order to be classified as OTIF, the following conditions must be met:

  • The expected delivery date and the dispatched delivery date are the same.

  • The expected quantity (QTY) and the actual delivered quantity (QTY) are the same.

Not OTIF

An order will be marked as Not OTIF if one or more of the following conditions are not met:

  • The expected and dispatched delivery dates do not match.

  • The expected quantity (QTY) and the actual delivered quantity (QTY) do not match.

Example Scenarios

  • If an order is imported on 12/05/2023 and dispatched on 15/05/2023, it will be marked as Not OTIF because it was not dispatched on the expected date.

  • If an order is imported on 03/05/2023 and dispatched on the same day, it will be marked as OTIF.
