Warehouse Pick Pricing Override

Written by Alyssa Reynolds
Updated over a week ago

This feature lets Admin users customize pick pricing for each Warehouse and Client.
You can override the standard pricing for the first item picked and any additional items, and even set specific pricing for individual products (SKUs) if needed.

Previously, pick costs were based on either the client’s default pricing or product-level overrides.

With this update, you now have a new, highest-priority option, Warehouse-specific pricing. This gives you more precise control.

Set Up Warehouse Pick Pricing Override

  1. Go to 3pl Accounting, Overview.

  2. Click on Warehouse Pick Pricing Override.

  3. Click Add.

  4. Enter the specific Warehouse.

  5. Choose a Client.

  6. You can enter a Product, but this is optional. It will default to All.

  7. Populate the First and Additional Item Pick Costs.

  8. Finally, click Add.

Bulk Upload Warehouse Pick Pricing Override:

  1. Go to 3pl Accounting, Overview.

  2. Click on Warehouse Pick Pricing Override.

  3. Click Upload.

  4. Download the Template.

  5. Populate the template, then re-upload.

Picking Cost Calculation Priority:

As there are now multiple methods of calculating picking costs, they will follow a priority logic. This is outlined below:

Override -> Warehouse & Product Specific

Override -> Warehouse Specific (All Products)

Product -> Existing data on product

Client -> Existing data on client

Note: This feature requires a specific warehouse to be set.
