You can use the Validate Address button to verify that UK delivery addresses on your orders are accurate. The system compares the address details you've entered against validated address data and alerts you to any discrepancies or suggests corrections.

Important: Address validation requires both the postcode and the first address line. This validation tool is only available and functional for UK addresses.

How to validate an address

To validate a delivery address:

  1. Navigate to the Scan Actions page.

  2. Click Validate Address.

The system automatically checks the address fields and displays the validation results.


Understanding validation results

After validation, you'll see one of the following outcomes:

  • Success confirmation – The address matches validated data and is correct.

  • Warning message – Differences have been found between the entered address and validated data.

  • Suggested addresses – Alternative valid addresses for the postcode you've entered.

Review any warnings or suggestions carefully and update the address if necessary.
