If you or your 3PL client wish to have multiple products share the same barcode e.g. Box1A, Box1B, Box1C please do the following:
Note: Some integrations like Shopify support the use of duplicate barcodes.
3PL
For 3PL database customers, please follow the steps below:
Go to Clients then Overview.
Find the Client.
Click Actions then Edit.
Next Defaults.
Turn on AllowDuplicateBarcodes.
Repeat for other clients.
Multi-Channel
For Multi-Channel database customers, please follow the steps below:
Go to Settings then Client Settings.
Click Defaults.
Turn on AllowDuplicateBarcodes.
